“Vecchio sporco bagno indecente”

“The restaurant did not have the wine on the menu and the staff did not know what to do and had no clue what wine was what. The chef called in and they didn’t have a good back up plan. Poor waiter was trying his best and the manager had no clue, but tried. Rooms was super clean!”

“Unloading my luggage and parking was challenging”

“The hot tub was not working properly because they did not heat it up prior to guests arriving. I am in the property management industry and have been for over 14 years and I had to make sure I include that in my conversation for them to heat up the pool. Multiple guests complained about this as well. I will not be returning. Not to mention the internet kept going out and we could not watch tv. ”

“The hotel is, overall, old. Cleanliness is poor. The room is cleaned occasionally, and only after strong insistence at the reception, despite the hotel website stating the daily housekeeping of rooms. The staff is not friendly and inefficient. The room rate is too high for the offered service. ”

“Good spot, the room was clean, and the service was friendly. Simple details like the bathroom curtains looking a bit dirty, having a dirty balcony, but overall it was a nice place. I slept well, and it was pet-friendly. They had a private parking lot, which felt safe. ”

“The front desk staff(Zarah) went above and beyond her job description as she provided first-aid to my husband who took a fall in the parking lot. She cleaned and bandaged his knees. She also accompanied us to our room and got a bucket of ice for us. There were also 2 angels in the parking lot who helped us greatly. ”
