“The staff!!! I booked this room for my boys in Cincinnati for their 18th so they can be in an area that had whatever they wanted to do at their fingertips. First bad news you have to be 21 to check in. I was 3 hours away. So I called the hotel and asked what my options were, CLAIRE was my option!
